Cancellation Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICIES Commitment and Renewal: Our coaching membership requires a three-month commitment. Memberships renew automatically every three months unless canceled 30 days before the renewal date. Billing: Membership fees are billed monthly. Enrollment confirms your agreement to a three-month term. Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. However, a full refund is available if requested within four weeks of the program start, provided your teen has participated in all lessons, completed quizzes, and attended all classes. After this period, no refunds will be issued. Send refund requests to membership@suzifreeman.com. Missed Classes: Members are responsible for attending all scheduled classes. No make-up classes, credits, or refunds will be given for missed classes. Cancellation Policy: To cancel, submit a written request at least 30 days before the current term ends. Failure to provide a 30-day notice will result in automatic renewal and billing for the next term. Send cancellations to memberships@suzifreeman.com. Program Changes: We may modify or discontinue any aspect of the program at any time. Affected members will be notified of any changes. If the program is canceled indefinitely, refunds will be issued for unused classes. PARTICIPATION POLICIES: Attendance and Participation: Active participation is essential. Missing two classes may result in removal from the program without a refund. Regular attendance, peer support, and openness to feedback are expected. Bullying and Behavior: We have zero tolerance for bullying or negative behavior. Any such conduct will lead to immediate removal without a refund. Privacy Policy: Sessions are recorded for coaching purposes only and are not shared. Parents cannot obtain copies. All discussions and participant identities must remain confidential. No screenshots, video, or voice recordings are allowed during Zoom calls. Breaching confidentiality will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban from TWA. Community App and Chat Area: Privacy and behavior rules apply here, too. No bullying, negative talk, foul language, inappropriate content, or unauthorized recordings are permitted. Violations will lead to removal and future exclusion from TWA. By joining, you agree to these policies to maintain a positive, safe environment for all.
