Hi, I'm Suzi

I'm right there with you in the parenting trenches—been there, done that, and still navigating the wild ride! As a mom of five (with three already grown),I’ve seen firsthand just how crucial mindset is in shaping our kids’ lives—whether it’s boosting their confidence, excelling in academics, or thriving in sports. Watching my kids foster strong mindsets and chase their dreams continues to amaze and excite me every single day. My oldest daughter had the courage to leave her six-figure corporate job and start her own business. My oldest son has served in the military for over seven years and just re-enlisted—(Go Navy/Marines!). My youngest son, a police officer for over three years now, and absolutely loves his job! I’m incredibly proud to be the mom of some bada** kids. But that is not where my journey ends. I’m still in the thick of it, raising my 13-year-old twin daughters in the 2024 era of teenagers! So, when I say I got you and understand resilience, I mean it.

Teen Warrior Academy's Story

When it comes to raising competitive and driven kids, the support they receive and the mindset they develop are crucial. You really can’t have one without the other. Our founder, Suzi Freeman’s experience led her to focus on these aspects, recognizing their importance in her children's lives. She taught her kids that, as a family, they were truly on the same team.

The "bulletproof" mentality Suzi aimed to instill is all about resilience. It's teaching kids that it's okay to fail or face disappointment because these experiences don't define them. Instead, they're opportunities to learn, grow, and become stronger. This approach is particularly valuable for kids who are naturally competitive, ambitious or might be described as “type A”, as they often put a lot of pressure on themselves. From athletes to performers, having the right tools can make or break a child’s confidence that’s reaching for the stars.

But it's not just about the mindset - emotional support plays a big role too. This means being there for your kids when they're struggling, celebrating their efforts (not just their successes), and helping them process their emotions in healthy ways.

Remember, the goal isn't to shield kids from all disappointment or difficulty. Instead, it's about giving them the tools to handle these challenges effectively. This not only helps them in their current pursuits but also prepares them for future challenges in their personal and professional lives.

In the end, by combining a resilient mindset with strong emotional support, parents can help their driven kids not just succeed in their goals, but also develop into well-rounded, adaptable adults who are ready to take on whatever life throws their way. If this sounds like what your child needs, Elite Warrior is the program for you.
